ELKS AWARD ECHO – [Eureka Springs, AR] Holiday Island Elks Lodge #1042 recently presented Eureka Christian Health Outreach (ECHO) with two awards:  a new mural, painted by local artist Dee Landerman, on the walls of the children’s area of their free local health clinic, and an award for volunteer service.  Making the presentation were Elks Program Coordinators for Organizations Carolyn Green (fourth from right) and Frank Green (far right) to ECHO board members (l to r) Janet Arnett, JoAn Hirnisey,  Dr.Dan Bell, Bill Ott, Larry Kirk, George Purvis, and Suzie Bell.
